Donell Jones is way too talented for this. I can’t listen through all the songs without skipping. I was expecting more. Maybe this is just warm up for next album. Update your sound.

Just the name DJ brings me back. I grew up listening to dude all the way back to his first joint, My Heart in 96’ - so many great memories through the years. While I sincerely appreciate the versatility and the message on this album, I wish it were longer and had more songs reminiscent of “Serious” - which instantly brought me back to vintage DJ. Not a home run album for me but solid nonetheless and glad he’s back, one of the best to ever do it!

These songs are horrible...... There was a time i could count on Donell Jones to come thru with banging joints..... this is not the case songs lack depth and thought sounds rushed.

This EP displayed versatility, every joint is straight heat 🔥 D. Jones gave us rap, reggae, house, meditation and his undeniable r&b joints. Giving us his truth of (self) love and being free. He touched many genres of music into one on this album meticulously. His style is unmatched!! 🎶 Welcome back King.👑

Donell Jones is absolutely one of the best vocalist and artist. I was looking forward to his new material. However, it falls short in comparison to his previous work. It’s filled with long tracks that lead to nowhere and very much disjointed as to being a unified drop of what Jones is recognized for.
