Steppenwolf were one of the late sixties best bands. Starting with their most popular song “Born To Be Wild” they had a string of great songs. Sonfs like “Magic Caroet Rude”, “Rock Me”, “The Pusher”, “Move Over” and my all time favorite “Monster” an eight minute anti-war anthem. Like I said Steppenwolf were right up there in popularity with Cream, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, etc.
