I really like Niel Young. I can't wait until the Niel Young archives comes out. As far as like and dislike, I think it is mostly a generational thing. The is not the music of my parents or kids. I however grew up with this music.

I liked Miss American Pie (or whatever the heck the title was). It was a good song. But what else of Mclean's is remembered today. I could list a couple of dozen Neil Young masterpieces more memorable than American Pie...and several would be from this new CD. Keep it coming Neil

Anytime I get to hear Neil Young just singing and playing on his own, I count it as a blessing.

I saw Young in concert right around this time solo. It was awesome. The first time I heard Harvest I was hooked. Where in the world Don McLean comes into the equation is completely goofy. This version of Powderfinger is awesome. Either some of you are too young to appreciate this or you were part of the disco fad.

I wish I was eighteen again and listening to After The Gold Rush in Southern Cal...but I'm not. Because this is really good, all of it. Doesn't have the same impact now but it's still mind blowing.
