Jesus said God’s Word is truth in John 17:17, which means any depictions of God’s character must be measured against Scripture. Although “The Shack” is a fictional film, saying there is no attempt at theology in it is akin to saying there is no theology in “Narnia.” (Ironically, in the case of “The Shack,” it is far more blatant - “God” is portrayed as 3 persons, reminiscent of the Trinity.) The film wanders into a dangerously unbiblical realm by portraying the Father and Spirit as female. If we want to know who God truly is, we must look to His Word, not the flawed opinions of man. This is not hateful; it is simply the truth - and His Word is truth.

I love Hard Love, it is currently my favorite song. I absolutely love ANYTHING Lauren Daigle sings, and when I heard this song, I was like whoa, she is talented. I always knew she was but you can especially tell in this song. Needtobreathe sounds great too, and their voices blend perfectly together!
