This is a fantastic americana album. Hasn't aged one bit, particularly the political views e.g. 'southern man" Download and enjoy.

This album is a true classic. My favorite record of Neil Young. Every song has meaning to me. It has hit me emotionally since I first heard it back in the early 70s at cousin’s house in Bell CA. Obviously, not only one of the best ever songs, Southern Man, but Tell Me Why, After The Gold Rush....The French horn sounds so soothing.....Only Love Can Break Your Heart, Don’t Let It Bring You Down, Till The Morning Comes....all classics!

This is one of my favorite of Neil's albums. It takes me back to the time I first listened to it in Oxford, MS. After the Gold Rush I was lying in a burned out basement; Southern Man listen to years of hatred burning down; When you dance I can really Love whirling through getting high, the sex and rock and roll. His guitar and of course Crazy Horse in the early days. He was one of the poets who inspired us.
